Coral Astrid Bistuer Ruiz was born in Madrid, Spain on November 19, 1964.
Her high is 1,77m and her weight is 65Kg.
Coral is black belt 6 th DAN of TaeKwonDo.
When she was a children, she played football, basketball and practiced high jump.
For sixteen years began to go to a gym to practice TaeKwonDo.
One year after it is champion of Europe in Italy, 1982 (of Taekwondo).
After, she was champion Spain, champion of the world in Korea (1985), champion of the Europe in Austria (1986) and Turkey (1986)…
On 1986, she lived in United States, but returned to Spain.
On 1987, she receives the award "Reina Sofia" to the best athlete of Spain.
In the Olympic Games in Seul (1988) Taekwondo is sport of exhibition, and she represented for Spain and won the bronze medal.
In 1989, away from the competition, and the CSD brought back left to compete.
After this, she continues to win, for example the European Championship Aarhus 90, the second place in the World Cup in Madrid 90.
In 1.992 succeeded again the World Cup in Mexico and in Europe in Valencia, and she won the olimpics games in Barcelona with gold medal.
Then withdrew for a while until 1997 where lost in the championship of spain, in 1998 and won the heavyweight championship and finally withdrew from competitions.
She now works as a television host on chat shows usually connected with sports.
